G1 Construction provided expert demolition of walls, sinks, doors, doorways, lighting, HVAC ducts, and diffusers as well as technical expertise in the installation of new walls, flooring materials, ceilings, paint, equipment and plumbing fixtures, lighting, HVAC diffusers, grilles, and ductwork, communication lines, HVAC design, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and roofing.
Exhibiting excellence in both long- and short-term projects, G1 Construction oversaw the professional furnishing and installation of three (3) dedicated outdoor air units designed to provide 100% outdoor air in order to improve air quality, enhance comfort, and control the relative humidity inside the building, as well as the fitting of controls systems for ease of access and daily use.
